Greener's looking to maintain recent record

Liverpool v Everton

Liverpool have won their last four home games.  Everton are on a nine game unbeaten run and have won four of their last five.  Everton haven’t won at Anfield since 1999 a run of nine games.  Liverpool have kept a clean sheet in five of their last six matches while Everton have kept four in their last five.  The way Everton have been playing of late I really fancy them to end that winless at Anfield and therefore I recommend a bet on an Everton win, I will also be backing Under 2.5 goals.

Bolton Wanderers v Fulham

Bolton have lost just one of their last five at home. Seven of their last 11 home matches have produced Over 3.5 goals.  Fulham haven’t won away from home since beating Portsmouth on the opening day of the season and run of 11 games.  Fulham have scored just three times in the first half of their 12 away games.  Fulham are unbeaten in the last five meetings between the sides.  In this one I suggest a bet on a Bolton win and another on the half time score being 1-0 to Bolton.

Burnley v West Ham United

Burnley have lost just two of their 11 games at Turf Moor, however they have not won any of their previous five.  Like Fulham, West Ham haven’t won away from home since the opening day of the season, that win coming at Molineux, again a run of 11 games.  Burnley’s defeat against Chelsea ended a run of four consecutive 1-1 draws at home.  I suggest another two bets in this one.  First I will be backing the draw and I will also be backing Draw/Draw in the Half Time/Full Time market.

Hull City v Manchester City

Hull have lost just one of their last nine home matches, that came at the hands of Man Utd, however they have managed to draw five of those nine.  City have won only one of their last nine away games.  Eight of both sides last 12 matches have produced Over 2.5 goals.  I recommend backing Over 2.5 goals.

Manchester United v Portsmouth

United have won 10 of their 12 matches at Old Trafford this season.  Portsmouth have lost six of their last seven games on their travels.  United have won all six previous Premier League meetings between the sides at Old Trafford with a goal difference of 15-1.  Wayne Rooney has scored seven times in his last four games at home and has 13 in his last 11 home and away.  In this one I suggest backing Man Utd to win 3-0 and 4-0.

Stoke City v Blackburn Rovers

Stoke have lost just one of their last seven at the Britannia.  In their 11 home games they have conceded just one goal in the first 30 minutes and only three in the first half.  Blackburn have managed just one win from 12 away matches, that came at local rivals Bolton.  Only three of Blackburn’s last eight away games have produced three goals or more.  I recommend a Stoke City win and also a bet on Under 2.5 goals.

Sunderland v Wigan Athletic

Sunderland have won just one of their last six home games and are without a win in any of their last 10 games overall.  Wigan have won just one of their last eight games and have won just two of their last 11 away from home.  Ten of Wigan’s last 11 away games have produced Over 2.5 goals.  All of Sunderland’s last five games at the Stadium of Light have failed to produce more than two goals.  In this one I recommend backing the draw and I know this is going against Sunderland’s recent trend but I fancy this being Over 2.5.

Tottenham Hotspur v Aston Villa

Tottenham have won six of their last nine games at White Hart Lane.  Villa have just one win in their five games home and away.  None of Tottenham’s last seven games have produced three goals or more, only one of Villa’s last eight has.  This is a really important game for both sides in the battle for that 4th Champion League spot and therefore I think it will be a tight affair.  I therefore suggest a bet on the draw and another on Under 2.5 goals.

Birmingham City v Wolverhampton Wanderers

Birmingham have lost just one of their last 14 matches but have won just one of their last six.  Wolves have won only three of their last 17.  Birmingham are also unbeaten in the last eight meetings between the sides.  I think a Birmingham win is the banker of the weekend.

Chelsea v Arsenal

Chelsea have won 11 of their 12 home games this season, and have lost just one of their last 15.  Arsenal’s defeat by Man Utd at the Emirates last Sunday brought to an end their unbeaten run of 10 games, that run began after the 3-0 home defeat by Chelsea.  Both sides have seen 18 of their 24 games produce Over 2.5 goals.  Ten of Chelsea’s 12 home games have produced 3 goals or more, the two exceptions were games against fellow ‘Big Four’ sides Man Utd and Liverpool.  Despite that last stat I still recommend backing the Over 2.5 goals.  I will also be backing a Chelsea win which would more or less end any chance Arsenal had of winning the title.

BANKER BET - Birmingham to win.

NEXT BEST - Chelsea/Arsenal Over 2.5 goals.

TREBLE - Stoke City to win.
